Also available in blue and blue.

In my line of work, classifying the benefits of certain activities in terms of cost effectiveness is very popular. From time to time, things come up that are difficult to express in financial terms. These folks seem to have raised some interesting points in their analysis of the Cost Effectiveness of Clothing Suicidal Inmates.

These thoughtful folks have such valuable insights as:
  • Clothing prevents the need for treatment of hypothermia
  • Staff gets a break from noise and demands when inmate sleeps
Last but not least:
  • An opportunity for a new beginning upon awakening
Clearly, this company has the interests of their customers at heart.

It is sort of sexy, if you look long enough.

Where did they get those models? There are pleanty of suicidal beauties out there.
Maybe they think the unatractive ones are more likely to be dangerous to themselves, and that's why they've advertised the outfit that way.

i hate it when people stereotype a look. like everytime i see a butch lesbian, i'm think, couldn't she just grow the hair out and pretty herself up a little bit? i mean, sheesh. where are the L Word girls?

Had a look at that link you gave. Found it interesting that human diginity (even that of suicidial inmates) didn't make it as a "selling point". Perhaps I have become too German living in Germany for so long ("Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar" is right there in our constitution and is considered the one thing you cannot take from any human being, no matter what his social or "medical" status).
What a twisted world.
