First, it was Philo Farnsworth inventing the television. Now, it’s Lynn Ogden inventing carbonated yogurt.

Philo Farnsworth invented the television? I've never heard of him before.
Australians are also oddly proud of their inventions. Okay, so Aussies may not have come up with television, but the Hill's Hoist (rotary clothesline) is an Australian invention, and it's a reeeaally big deal to the country. I know that whenever I pass a Hill's Hoist, I proudly recount its origin to whoever is lucky enough to be with me at the time.
An Australian also came up with boxed wine.
I know, I know… It's hard to imagine that a former penal colony would end up contributing so much to the world's cultural landscape.

Ooooh and let me guess, were the Romans were the ones who brought wine to Australia?
Snark.
Yeah without that guy we would be sitting around listening to OTR instead of blogging.
in the article they talked about carbonated milk, and that made me want to puke.
