What does this even mean?
Mary Ann suggested they were renting out a time machine so you could go back to the moment of your conception and break things up. On the other hand, maybe they have stepped up their campaign of annoying their customers through bad service to now include actively promoting the elimination of their customers.
In any case, we can clearly see from the picture that the product is obviously aimed at the huge and thriving market of Lebanese families adopting Irish babies.
Anyway, here is the Arabic side of the flier. Maybe someone who speaks Arabic could offer a clue as to how the translation went so badly.

it should translate : take care of yourself, your health is most important!
The first line translates as:
Protect Yourself
The second line is an Arabic saying (doesn't really make much sense in English - imagine it being said as a toast - glasses raised):
Your Health in the World.
Jas
Oh yeah, I forgot:
hahahahahahaha
About the Lebanese couple/Irish kid
Makes me almost want to sign up for the plan, just to see if they can......
That makes sense. After Matthew posted I tried a bit harder to think of what it could mean and came up with a Smokey the Bear-ish "prevention begins with you" type injunction.
Life would be so much less funny if I knew Arabic, and that doesn't even touch the political things that might darken my days. . . .
desmond says to molly, girl, i like your face.
Actually, even the arabic part doesn't make much sense, and the translation accurately reflects the original error. It's not even clear if they translated the english slogan from arabic or vice versa. Prevent yourself. Unbelievable.
Bwahaha!! Another fine example of not investing in a proper copywriter!
it means you should take provisions for your health. Yourself - since your employer does not... It is a nice example of those weird uses of English that are so easily understood by the foreigner but mysterious to the native speaker.
actually prevent yourself makes perfect sense....just put the stress sopmewhere else or wirte it like this Prevent! Yourself! YOu do if for yourself...you see....no neeed to have somebody do it for you....Karin
PS: yes, i always need a little longer
